Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.




Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align development activities with overall project objectives.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
Experience in developing and optimizing application code for SAP HANA environments.
Robust understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices in coding and testing.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in SAP ABAP applications.
Familiarity with performance tuning and debugging techniques specific to SAP HANA.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
