Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
Ensure the quality and reliability of applications through thorough testing and validation.
Document design specifications and configuration details to support future maintenance and upgrades.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Contact Center Technology Implementation.
Experience with integration of contact center solutions into existing business processes.
Robust problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
Ability to configure and customize software applications to meet diverse business needs.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Contact Center Technology Implementation.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
