Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers through voice interactions.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to products and services.

Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.

Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service quality.

Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.

Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction KPIs.

Stay updated with product knowledge and process changes.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or Undergraduate.

Minimum 6 months of Technical Support experience in an international voice process.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask.





Willingness to work from the Gurugram office.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
