As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project activities, coordinating efforts across various teams, and ensuring that the application solutions meet the project requirements.

The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive the successful delivery of software products while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and team members throughout the development lifecycle.

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Customer Data Platform.
Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Customer Data Platform.
Robust expertise in designing and configuring marketing automation workflows.
Ability to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other enterprise systems.
Experience in managing data segmentation, personalization, and campaign execution.
Familiarity with data management and customer journey mapping within marketing platforms.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
