Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries via email, providing accurate and detailed information about GBPO products and services.
Problem-Solving & Escalation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to swiftly escalate and resolve complex issues.
Performance Tracking:
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and consistently measure programs and deliverables.
Communication & Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with senior business leaders and executives, ensuring a superior presales experience.
