We are currently looking for experienced Desktop Support Engineer - (FTE position) - Gurugram, India
Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite desktop support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Perform Windows operating system installations, upgrades, and re-imaging.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Perform basic network troubleshooting in LAN/WAN environments.
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and other network devices.
Respond to service requests promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.




Document all support activities, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately.
Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or field services.
Robust hands-on experience in desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
Positive understanding of networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, routers, and switches.
Experience with operating system deployment, imaging, and break-fix support.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
