As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of creative solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an Genesys Cloud CX SME
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
Lead the application development process
Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met




Implement best practices for application development

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX
Strong understanding of cloud-based application development
Experience with API integration and development
Knowledge of Agile methodologies for software development
Hands-on experience with Dev Ops tools and practices

Mandatory:
Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX Development & Configuration
API Integration and Cloud Application Development
Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting Skills

Experience Leading Multi-Team Collaboration
