Apprehend the expectations and requirements of the clients and aid them with relevant overseas career prospects.
Provide updates to clients via emails and phone calls.
Advice on the overseas education options available to relevant clients.
Call potential customers through daily assigned leads and secure appointments for the week.
Give explicit and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.
Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs
Achieve excellent customer service relationship
Making outbound calls to either warm or hot leads provided & solving queries regarding Visas.
Provide qualified consultation to high net-worth clients.
Requirements:-
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Familiarity with computers and the Internet.
Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude
Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.
