Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop short-term and long-term manpower plans based on business requirements.
Conduct manpower gap analysis and recommend hiring, redeployment, or outsourcing strategies.
Monitor sanctioned manpower, vacancies, and manpower deployment across departments.
Coordinate manpower requisitions with recruitment teams, ensuring alignment with approved workforce plans and timely fulfilment of staffing requirements.
Understand & capture the training requirement of R&D.;
Designing and developing training for R&D; in close collaboration with various subject matter experts.
Implementing technology enabled innovations to support blended and digital learning.
Support developing recent customized learning solutions.
Identify,



evaluate & enroll in recent training agencies to cater the training needs.
Provide monthly, quarterly and annual manpower & training reports for senior management.

Competencies Required

Technical/ Functional:
Hands on experience in Automobile organization
Experience of MIS report preparation
Stakeholder Management
Communication Management
Tools exposure preferred.
