Role Description

This is a full time in office role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding,



policy development, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves ensuring a positive workplace culture, handling conflict resolution, and developing employee engagement strategies. Additionally, the HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals and support talent management and career development initiatives.

Qualifications
Strong experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and team management
Knowledge of labor laws, compliance practices, and HR policy development
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
Proficiency in HR software and tools
Experience in Material handling rental company is necessary.
