and engaging reservation staffMonitor staff performance and ensure adherence to SOPsPrepare duty rosters and support manpower planningRevenue & Yield SupportSupport revenue optimization by upselling rooms and servicesEnsure compliance with pricing strategies and revenue policiesTrack pick-up reports, forecasts, and booking trendsAssist in analyzing reservation data and preparing reportsGuest Service & QualityHandle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionallyEnsure high standards of service and brand complianceMaintain guest profiles and ensure accurate data entry in the systemAdministrative ResponsibilitiesPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reportsMaintain records, logs, and departmental documentationEnsure compliance with audit, payment, and cancellation policiesQualifications
Degree/ Diploma in Hotel Management
Working Knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office.
At least 1 year of experience at the same level.
