We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end SoC development programs from architecture and design through verification, tape-out, silicon bring-up, validation, and production readiness.

Key Responsibilities
Drive cross-functional teams to meet Product Development Process milestones.
Develop and maintain detailed schedules covering SoC architecture, RTL design, verification, physical design, tape-out, fabrication, and silicon validation.
Track deliverables, dependencies, critical paths, and engineering milestones.
Identify technical, schedule, resource, and supplier risks and drive mitigation plans.
Serve as the primary communication focal point for internal teams, overseas partners, foundries, IP vendors, OEMs, and customers.
Coordinate IP integration, design reviews, verification closure, timing closure, DFT readiness, and tape-out activities.
Track silicon, evaluation board, component,



and lab readiness for pre-silicon and post-silicon validation.
Manage BOM and material readiness for evaluation boards, reference platforms, and engineering builds.
Coordinate firmware, BSP, device-driver, board bring-up, and silicon-validation activities.
Maintain program dashboards, risk registers, action trackers, and executive status reports.
Escalate critical issues and drive timely resolution across engineering and external partner teams.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, or Computer Science.
10+ years of experience in technical program management or semiconductor product development.
Experience managing SoC, ASIC, semiconductor, or silicon-development programs.
Valuable understanding of RTL design, verification, physical design, tape-out, fabrication, and silicon bring-up.
