Job Description Business Development Intern N nLocation: Mumbai | Remote Role N nFirstLight is buildingIndia's leading influencer marketing agency for FMCG brands. NWe're looking for someonewho is curious, resourceful, and enjoys finding prospects, someone who can identify the right brands, find the right people, and start conversations that can turn into business. N n What you'll do: N
Research and identify FMCG brands that could be a good fit for FirstLight. N
Find and build lists ofrelevant Brand Managers, Marketing Heads, Digital Leads, and other decision-makers. N
Source and verify POCs across LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, email, and other platforms. N
Support cold outreach through personalised emails, LinkedIn messages, and other channels. N
Maintain and update theBD pipeline and keep track of outreach and responses. N
Research brands, campaigns, and marketing activity to identify potential opportunities. N
Assist with pitches, proposals, follow-ups, and other business development activities.



N n Must have: N
Strong research and internet skills. N
Good written and verbalcommunication. N
Comfortable with cold outreach and talking to new people. N
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large databases. N
Proactive, organised, and willing to take ownership. N n Positive to have: N
Familiarity with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator. N
Interest in FMCG, influencer marketing, advertising, or the creator economy. N
Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or outreach. N nIf you're someone who enjoys finding opportunities, figuring out who to speak to, and turning a cold lead into a conversation, you'll fit right in. N n This is a hands-onrole where you'll work closely with the founder and get a front-row seat to how current business is built at a growing agency.
