Job DescriptionSenior IT Product Sales Leader Experience : 15–18 Years Location : Gurugram Employment Type: Full time Role Overview We are looking for an experienced IT Product Sales Leader with a proven track record in enterprise B2B software sales. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hunting current business, acquiring enterprise customers, managing CXO relationships, negotiating complex commercial deals, and consistently achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities
Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
Drive new logo acquisition and enterprise account growth.
Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CHROs, Procurement Heads and Business Leaders.
Conduct customer discovery sessions and product presentations.
Collaborate with Pre-sales and Product teams during solution discussions.
Manage long enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
Lead pricing negotiations, commercial discussions and contract closures.
Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates and accurate sales forecasts.




Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Share customer and market insights with leadership. Required Skills
15–18 years of Enterprise B2B Sales experience.
Strong IT Product / SaaS / Enterprise Software Sales background.
Proven experience in New Business Development and Recent Logo Acquisition.
Experience selling enterprise technology products.
Strong CXO-level stakeholder management.
Hands-on revenue ownership with quota achievement.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles. Preferred
Candidates based in Gurugram or Delhi NCR.
