Role Description: The Customer Service Intern will be a full time, on-site team member based in Mumbai, supporting Tilt's customers across various channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media. You will also be required to call customers to take feedback on the products delivered to them.

Day-to-day responsibilities :
Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues related to orders and products, and ensuring accurate and timely information is provided.
Document interactions, escalate complex cases when needed, and collaborate with operations, marketing, and product teams to improve customer experience.
The role also involves gathering customer feedback, identifying recurring concerns,



and suggesting process improvements to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications
Robust customer support and customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
Ability to contribute to positive customer satisfaction and customer experience through clear, helpful communication.
Qualified phone etiquette and comfort handling calls and messages across multiple support channels.
Excellent spoken and written English; proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages is an advantage.
Basic computer literacy and ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word.
Collaborative mindset, reliability, and willingness to work on-site full-time in Mumbai.
Current student or recent graduate in any discipline; prior internship or retail/customer-facing experience is a plus.

Salary/Stipend - 10k/month during internship. (3-month internship, converts to full-time role)

In-office role - Monday to Friday. Alternate Saturdays.
