Creative Studio by TLS Group is looking for an experienced Motion graphic designer and video editor to join our growing marketing agency. We are seeking a qualified with 2–3 years of proven experience.

Role Description This full time Motion Graphic Designer role is based on-site in Gurugram. The Motion Graphic Designer will develop and execute engaging motion graphics for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, presentations, and internal communications, working closely with creative, marketing, and product teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing visual ideas, designing storyboards, creating animated assets, editing video content, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual materials. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to refine concepts, optimizing graphics for different formats and channels, and staying current with design trends and emerging tools to enhance visual storytelling.

Qualifications




Candidates should possess strong Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills for creating dynamic visual content.
Candidates should possess Video Production skills, including basic editing, compositing, and post-production workflows.
Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills to develop high-quality static and animated visual assets.
Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools).
Ability to interpret briefs, create storyboards, and translate concepts into visually compelling content.
Robust attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and receiving feedback constructively.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in motion graphics or multimedia design, especially in marketing, advertising, or digital media, is an advantage.
