Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps, DevOps & GitOp, Scripting & AP.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure design and deployment best practices.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application and infrastructure issues.
Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages to streamline support tasks.
Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of incidents.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ office.
