As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The qualified continuously monitors system performance, investigates anomalies, and collaborates with different teams to maintain system integrity and reliability, contributing to the overall efficiency of business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to improve system monitoring processes and tools to enhance issue detection and resolution.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous learning and development.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
Experience with system performance monitoring and incident management.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive problem resolution.
Familiarity with automation tools to streamline monitoring and reporting tasks.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
