Role Description The Team Lead role at Catalyst Education is a full-time, in office position based in Kozhikode. This role involves overseeing day-to-day academic and operational activities, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that classes and student support services run smoothly. The Team Lead will guide and mentor team members, monitor performance, and support faculty in delivering high-quality learning experiences. Responsibilities include resolving student queries, maintaining communication with learners and parents, and implementing process improvements to enhance service quality.



The role also requires collaboration with management on planning, reporting, and executing initiatives that strengthen student outcomes and organizational efficiency.
