As a Database Administrator, a typical day involves designing, implementing, and maintaining robust database systems to support organizational needs. This role includes installing database management systems and developing comprehensive procedures to ensure smooth daily operations. The position requires proactive problem resolution and continuous monitoring to maintain database performance and reliability, ensuring data integrity and availability for various business functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Oversee the implementation of best practices in database management to optimize system performance.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align database strategies with business objectives.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Migration.
Experience in database installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Solid understanding of data migration processes and data integrity principles.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues efficiently.
Familiarity with backup and recovery techniques to ensure data safety.
Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization for database systems.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Migration.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
