Job Title: Marketing Executive Kerala

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / Any Bachelor's Degree

Experience: 2+ Years

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with retailers, dealers, and distributors to execute marketing activities and strengthen brand presence across Kerala.
Visit assigned retail outlets regularly to ensure effective product visibility, branding, and promotional displays.
Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, in-store promotions, roadshows, product launches, and festive marketing initiatives.
Build solid relationships with shop owners and retail partners to increase brand awareness and support sales growth.
Identify new retail partners and market opportunities to expand the brand's reach.
Ensure timely availability and proper placement of marketing materials, including banners, standees, posters, and other POSM at retail outlets.
Conduct product awareness sessions for retailer staff and support them with promotional activities.
Gather customer and retailer feedback,



monitor competitor activities, and provide market insights to the marketing team.
Coordinate with the sales team to implement regional marketing plans and support lead generation initiatives.
Prepare regular reports on outlet visits, marketing activities, campaign performance, and market developments.

Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in field marketing, trade marketing, or retail marketing.
Experience in the apparel, textile & ethnic wear, industry is preferred.
Robust relationship-building and communication skills.
Familiarity with the Kerala retail market and willingness to travel extensively across the state.
Ability to coordinate with multiple retail partners and execute marketing activities independently.
