Key Responsibilities:
Open and manage orders in Qualia - including adding all parties from contract and vendor management
Communicate professionally with clients or stakeholders to provide timely updates on title progress
Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail across all tasks
Manage multiple title files and deadlines concurrently
Preparing Tax Certificates in Massachusetts. Recent Hampshire and Maine

Requirements:
Mandatory experience with Qualia software
Excellent written communication skills with robust grammar and punctuation
Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
Previous experience in U.S. title processing is preferred
Willingness to work in the Night Shift
