Position: Manager IS Machine Maintenance

Job Details:

Responsibilities
Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of IS machines.
Implement preventive and predictive maintenance; lead RCA for recurring failures.
Support production during setups, changeovers, and process stabilization.
Lead installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of IS machines and auxiliaries.
Manage critical spares, maintenance records, and asset documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and quality requirements.
Lead and develop the IS maintenance team; drive TPM and reliability initiatives.
Monitor maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, downtime, and equipment
availability and drive cost and downtime reduction.

Requirement




Solid technical knowledge of IS machines, gob feeders, forming mechanisms, and hot end ware handling systems
Ability to diagnose complex mechanicaln pneumatic issues
Robust leadership and people management skills
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Knowledge of TPM, reliability engineering, and maintenance best practices
Valuable communication and cross-functional coordination skills
