Responsibilities
Responsible for driving business growth and market expansion in assigned regions
Build and execute sales and marketing strategies
Prepare channel sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline
Meet industrial clients within the assigned territory for business generation
Manage dealers and oversee secondary sales
Develop and expand channel partner networks
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences
Contribute to organizing technical symposiums
Key Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline ; MBA/PGBM will be preferred.
1 to 5 years of experience in B2B Sales of Industrial Products
Prefer candidates with B2B industrial sales experience (Safety or MRO products)
Knowledge of Industrial belts in and around designated areas
Experience in dealer management is preferable.
Should be open to travel 15 - 20 days in a month.
Should be exceptionally valuable in communication.
Should be well versant with the local language of the respective locations
