Role & responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Process Improvement
Analyze the root causes of in-house rejection and customer rejection and ensure implementation of effective corrective actions.
Drive initiatives to reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) through systematic analysis and process improvement.
Ensure product quality and process stability through regular monitoring and improvement initiatives.
Customer Complaint Management
Review and prepare CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) reports for customer complaints received from the marketing team.
Verify the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Audit Management
Plan and conduct internal audits of all mines and operational units as per the approved monthly audit plan.
Ensure audit reports are shared with concerned departments within three days of audit completion.




Prepare and present monthly internal audit summary reports to department heads and management.
Compliance & Certification
Coordinate and manage external audits for ISO 9001 certification and ensure compliance for QM-1 and QM-2 units.
Drive implementation and compliance with ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System).
Support the organization in achieving and maintaining EcoVadis Certification.
Plan for IATF 16949 certification
Training & Capability Development
Identify training needs and prepare the Training Need Identification (TNI) for the TQM department.
Ensure quality-related trainings are conducted as per the training plan to build capability across the organization.
