Job Description:

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale Pega applications.

• Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.

• Design scalable workflows, case management solutions, and integrations.

• Drive adherence to Pega best practices, guardrails, and performance standards.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and implement technical

solutions.

• Solid hands-on experience in Pega PRPC/Pega Infinity, integrations

(REST/SOAP), and system design.

• Pega CLSA (Certified Lead System Architect) certification is mandatory.

Required Skills: Pega LSA Certified

10+ years of IT experience with robust Pega expertise

Pega Infinity/PRPC, Case Management, Integrations, Decisioning

Agile/Scrum experience

Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
