QA Manager will be responsible for oversight of all certification related to food industry and the management of a remote, multicultural certification team, discussing, and implementing actions that expand our collaborators' goals.
Ensure that the QA policies and procedures comply with the relevant regulations, standards and best practices in the industry.
Guide factories in the implementation of changes in standards such as ISO9001, FSSC 22000, Halal, Kosher, HACCP etc
Documentation, Certification and Licensing - ISO, IS, FSSAI, HACCP & HALAL Certification with Government testing agencies.
Conduct and oversee audits and inspections that verify and validate the quality of the products, services, processes, and procedures.
Administer and review all financial plans and budgets for certification; monitor progress and changes.
Manage and supervise the QA team and projects that carry out the QA activities and tasks.
Implement a robust reporting system to ensure that the management team has access to reliable and accurate data to support decision making.




Reporting on the utility of existing and prospective collaborations to guide future undertakings.
Ensure compliances with company standards and procedures.
Handle questionnaires and complaints from customers and give after sales support when requested.
Handling of Certification, documentation and internal audits.
Analyze and report on QA data and feedback for harmonizing and updating quality procedures
Review and improve quality processes and environmental management system
Training employees to increase awareness of quality and food safety and to better facilitate the implementation of the QA policy
Preparing, planning and supervising internal and external audits
Setting up and coordinating quality improvement projects
Investigating and handling complaints and identifying where structural improvements are possible
Provide the organization with substantive advice on regulations and procedures
Collaborate with colleagues from Production, Quality and R&D;, Sales
