Position Objective :

Proven experience in CNC Milling operating & programming.

CAM programming, Machining, Manpower handling, Troubleshooting and daily machine
planning

Principal

Responsibility :

Allotment of JOB and Distribution of Job Cards for maintaining daily activity log by operators

Take the status of existing jobs running at each machine, Primarily
Responsible CNC Milling Machine, CNC Wire EDM Machine, CNC EDM
Machine, Surface Grinding machines.

Verification of Plan Vs actual and shift wise job assignment and current status.

CAM Programming work for CNC Milling and Wire EDM machine

Raising PR, Follow-up PO, Discussion with suppliers / vendors, Raising EMS / GAFA and other such matters

Troubleshooting, trial run and sample testing, coordination with QC and
Design for proper results

Planning for next days activities i.e., for next shifts, and work distribution.

Daily departmental meetings and Daily morning planning meetings.

MRM Data.preparation

Safety & 5S related activities

Knowledge :

Knowledge of CAM Programming

Knowledge of Process planning.

Basic Design knowledge

Expert skill in MS-excel & MS-PowerPoint.
