Set individual sales targets and monitor team performance.
Business Development
Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Develop relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
Territory Management
Plan and manage sales activities across the assigned territory.
Ensure effective market coverage and route planning.
Distributor and Dealer Management
Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers.
Monitor distributor performance, inventory levels, and sales growth.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain robust relationships with key accounts.




Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Planning and Forecasting
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and territory plans.
Analyze sales data and identify growth prospects.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Recommend strategies to improve market penetration and competitiveness.
Performance Monitoring
Review sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct regular field visits to evaluate team performance and provide coaching.
Promotional Activities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, trade promotions, and product launches.
