Roles and Responsibility
Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and other Scrum events.
Coach the team on Agile principles and practices to improve productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize product backlog items.
Work closely with Development Teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or quality.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Job Requirements
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
