Job Summary

Leon's Grill is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Finance to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should be a CA Inter qualified professional with experience in the QSR, Restaurant, Hospitality, Retail, or Food & Beverage industry. The role involves financial reporting, statutory compliance, MIS, budgeting, reconciliations, and supporting business finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
Handle month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Monitor food cost,



inventory valuation, and operational expenses.
Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
Ensure timely accounting entries and maintain financial records.
Support process improvements and financial controls.
Work closely with Operations and other cross-functional teams.

Desired Candidate Profile
CA Inter qualification is preferred
2–5 years of relevant Finance & Accounts experience.
Experience in QSR, Restaurant, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, FMCG, or Retail will be preferred.
Solid knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, MIS, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Reconciliations.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/Accounting Software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
