Urgent Hiring:

Assistant Branch Head (ABH) / Assistant Branch Manager (ABM)

ICL Fincorp Ltd. is looking for experienced, result-oriented professionals to join our branch operations team. The ideal candidate should possess solid leadership, customer relationship management, and business development skills with experience in the Banking, NBFC, Gold Loan, or Financial Services sector.

Key Responsibilities
Support and manage day-to-day branch operations.
Drive business growth in Gold Loans, Investments, Insurance, and other financial products.
Achieve assigned business, sales, and collection targets.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Ensure timely loan processing, documentation, and disbursement.
Monitor branch operational efficiency and service quality.
Guide, motivate,



and support branch staff to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and operational reports.
Handle customer grievances professionally and ensure prompt resolution.

Eligibility
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
2 - 7 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Gold Loan, or Financial Services.
Strong sales, business development, and customer relationship skills.
Positive knowledge of branch operations and lending processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
Willingness to work in branch-based roles.
