We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to promote the company's IT products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Freshers with relevant skills and candidates with up to 2 years of field sales experience are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities
Generate new business prospects through field visits and client meetings.
Identify prospective customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
Promote the company's IT products and services to corporate and institutional clients.
Schedule and conduct presentations and demonstrations.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for proposal submission and customer onboarding.
Gather market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory.





Must-Have Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of IT products, software solutions, or technology services.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc.).
Candidates with an IT, Software, or Technology sales background will be preferred.
Freshers with robust communication skills may also apply.
