Role & responsibilities
Own the complete content lifecycle, from planning to publishing.
Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with business goals.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect content and document key company activities.
Capture, edit and produce high-quality videos and creative assets for all digital platforms.
Design social media creatives, thumbnails, banners, and presentation materials while maintaining brand consistency.
Publish and optimize content across all company channels.
Monitor content performance and submit monthly analytics reports with improvement recommendations.
Organize and maintain all content assets with proper backups and version control.
Collaborate with engineering, business development, marketing, and management for campaigns,



product launches, and employer branding.
Stay updated with industry trends, AI tools, and recent content formats to continuously improve quality and efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Media, Visual Communication, Film Production, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools.
Positive understanding of video formats, color correction, audio editing, and motion graphics.
Creativity with robust attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
