Job Title: Delivery Certificate Specialist (CoA, CoC)

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented skilled to manage the timely preparation and coordination of delivery certificates (Certificate of Analysis/Compliance) for our customer shipments. The ideal candidate will bridge technical documentation and customer service, ensuring accurate data reporting based on inspection metrics.

Key Responsibilities
Certificate Preparation: Responsible for the accurate and timely generation of delivery certificates (CoA, CoC) for every batch and shipment.
Data Analysis: Collaborate closely with the Quality Control (QC) and production teams and compile inspection values from inspection data, and other relevant documentation to support certificate creation.
Customer Support: Execute the specialized preparation of delivery certificates for customers and act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries or complaints regarding delivery documentation, ensuring swift resolution of any certificate-related issues.
Template Management: Oversee the ongoing management, maintenance,



and coordination of all delivery certificate templates.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience: Completed technical and/or business training.
Industry Knowledge: Basic knowledge and practical experience in manufacturing processes preferable textile products.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA and SAP QM.
Experience with iSIS is considered an advantage.
Analytical Ability: Solid understanding of technical and mathematical concepts, including the ability to perform statistical calculations of results.
Language Skills: Fluent in English.
