Sourcing and Hiring through Job Portals
Screening candidates and identifying right candidates as per the requirement.
Conducting interviews and maintaining track of each candidate
Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements; using job sites
Accurate data reporting
Should be willing to go for walk-in drives
Should be versatile on work timings.
