About the Role

Fablar is looking for an Email Marketing Manager to own the renewal and retention email program for one of our clients' subscription-based cybersecurity products. This person will build campaigns that turn existing subscribers into renewals, reduce churn, and grow lifetime value, working closely with a content writer and a visual designer to execute end to end.

Responsibilities
Own the email marketing calendar and strategy for subscriber renewal, win-back, and engagement campaigns
Plan and execute lifecycle email flows, including welcome, renewal reminder, expiry warning, win-back, and upsell sequences
Set up, test, and manage campaigns in the chosen email platform (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign)
Segment subscriber lists based on plan type, renewal date, engagement, and behavior
A/B test subject lines, send times, content, and calls to action to improve open, click, and renewal rates
Track and report on key metrics, including open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, churn rate, and renewal rate
Brief the content writer and visual designer on campaign requirements and timelines
Uphold deliverability best practices,



including list hygiene, spam compliance, and sender reputation
Coordinate with the client team on campaign approvals, reporting, and strategy alignment

Requirements
Two to four or more years of experience in email marketing or CRM/lifecycle marketing
Hands-on experience with at least one major email service provider, such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot
Solid understanding of subscription and renewal-based business models; SaaS experience is a plus
Comfortable working with data, including segmentation, funnel metrics, and A/B testing
Excellent written communication and project management skills
Experience managing external or freelance creative resources, such as writers and designers, is a plus
Prior experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology products is a bonus, though not mandatory

Nice to Have
Knowledge of email deliverability and compliance requirements, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR
Familiarity with basic HTML and CSS for email troubleshooting
Experience with marketing automation and drip campaigns
