Set up and operate 5-Axis Wire EDM machines (Makino U3 & FANUC ROBOCUT -C400iC) as per production requirements.
Analyze engineering drawings and programs to ensure accurate machining and dimensional quality.
Perform routine machine maintenance, minor troubleshooting, and optimize machine performance.
Operate EDM Drill machines and ensure quality output while following safety and process standards.
