Job Summary

LionLender Finance is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Executive to assist users with our mobile application and website. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a basic understanding of financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers using the mobile app and website.
Troubleshoot and resolve login, registration, payment, and application-related issues.
Guide customers through app features and website functionality.
Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
Coordinate with the technical team to escalate unresolved issues.
Record and track customer complaints in the support system.
Ensure timely resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Test app and website features after updates and report bugs or issues.
Assist customers with basic loan application and finance-related queries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of mobile apps, websites,



and internet troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of finance, loans, or NBFC products.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good customer handling and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace is an advantage.

Qualification
Graduate in Any Stream (B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc., BA, or equivalent).
Freshers with valuable technical aptitude are welcome.
Experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, Help Desk, or FinTech/NBFC is preferred.

Basic understanding of Android/iOS applications.
Comfortable communicating in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
