Qualifications & Experience:
Education: BE/B.Tech/NIFT Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: 8–10 years in digital transformation, process excellence, or manufacturing excellence within apparel or similar industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Transformation & Implementation
Identify prospects for process automation, digital tools, and Industry 4.0 solutions.
Oversee implementation of digital solutions such as ERP, MES, and data analytics platforms.
Process & Manufacturing Excellence
Drive lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to process excellence standards across all manufacturing units.
Operational Leadership
Manage complex operational issues on the shop floor and provide strategic solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption of recent systems.
Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis
Lead or contribute significantly to problem-solving workshops.
Utilize Six Sigma methodologies; Green/Black Belt certification is an added advantage.
