We are hiring Robotic Welding Operator for our client company for Sulur, Coimbatore location.

Role & responsibilities
Set up and operate Robotic welding equipment to achieve desired results.
Running and monitor the Robot welding machine to ensure proper functioning and adhere to specifications.
Inspecting all welded parts to ensure whether they meet the quality standards and specification. Making adjustments to welding programs as necessary.
Need to load and unload weld parts with crane in a protected manner by following all the safety protocols.
Working closely with engineers, supervisors and other team members to optimize welding process and resolve technical issues.
Need to handle welding drawings and materials for improvements.
Setting up Robotic welding equipment including loading programs, setting change, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to identify equipment efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

Robotic Programming knowledge.

Certification in robot programming.

Robot machines operations knowledge.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Robot.

Fabrication industry knowledge.

Heavy fabrication work experience.
