Summary Of the Positions:

Looking for Accountant having 5 to 10 years of valuable Knowledge on accounting and Taxation. Strong analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.

Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain accounting transactions, including:
Journal Entries
Purchase Entries
Sales Entries
Bank Payments
Bank Receipts
Perform accounting activities using SAP.
Prepare and reconcile creditor outstanding statements (aging-wise) from SAP with the Trial Balance (TB).
Manage GST compliance, including:
Input GST
Output GST
GST Return Filing
Prepare and upload bank payment files through online banking portals.
Handle TDS compliance, including:
TDS deduction
Applicable sections
Return filing and reconciliations
Maintain Fixed Asset Accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and asset records.
Pass month-end closing entries and assist in financial closing activities.
Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and independently prepare schedules, reconciliations,



and documents required for audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of:
Financial Accounting
GST
TDS (including applicable sections)
Bank Payment Processing
Fixed Asset Accounting
Month-End Closing
Audit Coordination
Experience in preparing reconciliations and financial reports.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Technical Skills
SAP (Accounting Module)
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good working knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation.
