Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer with 5+ years of experience, deep expertise in Playwright-based automation, and solid exposure to AI-driven testing strategies. This role requires ownership of automation architecture, mentoring team members, and driving continuous quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and maintain scalable Playwright automation frameworks
Lead automation strategy across UI, API, and integration testing
Drive adoption of AI-powered testing solutions (self-healing automation, intelligent test selection, defect prediction)
Define automation standards, best practices, and coding guidelines
Review automation code and mentor junior QA engineers
Collaborate with DevOps teams to enhance CI/CD automation pipelines
Ensure comprehensive test coverage and release quality
Perform root cause analysis and guide defect prevention strategies
Support non-functional testing (performance, reliability, security
Act as a key stakeholder in quality sign-off

Mandatory Skills
5+ years of experience in QA Automation / SDET roles




Expert-level (2+ years) experience with Playwright
Advanced experience with API automation (Rest Assured or equivalent)
Proven experience with AI-driven testing tools or platform
Solid understanding of CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
In-depth knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and release management
Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills

Desirable Skills
Experience in cloud-based testing settings
Knowledge of security and vulnerability testing
Experience integrating automation with observability/analytics tools
Contribution to test process improvement or innovation initiative
