Role & responsibilities :
Lead, mentor, and manage the Payment Posting team to achieve operational goals.
Ensure accurate and timely posting of insurance and patient payments.
Monitor team productivity, quality, accuracy, and turnaround time (TAT).
Review and resolve payment posting exceptions and escalations.
Perform daily workload allocation and resource planning.
Analyze payment variances, denials, underpayments, and unapplied cash.
Ensure compliance with client guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies.
Conduct quality audits and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
