U.S Accountant

Role Objective:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical U.S. Accountant to join our finance team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks and a robust understanding of U.S. accounting principles and financial reporting.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounting operations, preparing reports, and supporting tax compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
Perform monthly reconciliations and support timely month-end closing.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Prepare and file federal and state tax returns.
Handle accruals, amortization, reversals, GL mapping, chart of accounts,



controlling accounts, account finalization, FX transactions, receivables, and payables.
Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to management.
Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision-making.

Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate workplace.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of U.S. accounting concepts and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Solid attention to detail with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
