Role & responsibilities
Oversee the operations of the cell manufacturing, ensuring production, quality, cost, technical performance, safety, and manpower utilization align with defined goals.
Continuously drive operational improvements using Lean tools to reduce costs, enhance production efficiency, and improve product quality.
Plan, organize, direct, and oversee daily operations to optimize performance and exceed customer expectations.
Prepare daily consumption reports and forecast material requirements in line with production targets.
Ensure production output, product quality, and yield targets are consistently met.
