Job Description

URVA Consulting is hiring a Manager-Accounts for an Indian-managed manufacturing unit based in Ghana (West Africa).

This is a practical, execution-focused role involving entire accounting process, ash book maintenance, and factory-level Accounting management.

The role is ideal for candidates who have hands-on experience in end to end accounting process, petty cash handling, managing daily expenses, and working in operational or factory environments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage entire accounting process
Support accounting and reconciliation activities
Maintain daily cash book entries (manual/system)
Manage cash inflow and outflow for factory operations
Make local payments (vendors, workers, expenses)
Track and maintain records of daily expenses
Ensure accuracy and discipline in cash handling
Coordinate with factory team for cash requirements
Maintain proper documentation of transactions
Assist in expense tracking related to factory operations

Candidate Requirements
7 to 10 years of Robust Accounting background,



hands-on experience in cash handling / petty cash
Strong experience in cash book writing and daily expense tracking
Comfortable handling physical cash transactions daily
Experience in factory / trading / operational workplace preferred
Basic knowledge of accounting entries (Tally preferred)
Practical mindset (not purely theoretical accounting role)
Willing to relocate to Ghana (West Africa)
