Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads through references, networking, channel partners, architects, builders, and digital enquiries.
Meet homeowners, architects, consultants, and developers to understand project requirements.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
Coordinate with the design, estimation, and execution teams to prepare proposals, BOQs, and commercial quotations.
Handle complete sales lifecycle from enquiry to project closure and booking.
Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value turnkey projects.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and channel partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, follow-up schedules, and customer documentation.
Ensure smooth project handover to the execution team while maintaining excellent customer experience.




Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify recent business opportunities.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of interior design, architectural design, construction, and turnkey execution.
* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project scope.
* Robust commercial acumen and closing skills.
* Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
