Qualification: MBBS + AFIH (mandatory)
Key Responsibility Areas
Administrative management of OHC.
Prepare documentation and maintain records related to OHC.
Liaising with factory / mines statutory bodies along with CMO
Health risk management at site (exposure management, ergonomic risk management, job stress management & other programs)
Conduct Health surveillance of employees and contract workmen at site.
Provide routine OPD, Emergency medical care and resuscitation & rehabilitative services at OHC.
Conduct analysis of data and support in interventions
Conduct Trainings (Hazards, wellness, first-aid, PPE etc.)
Preparing & Implementing procedures related to OHC.
