Role & responsibilities

Lead nursing operations, ensure NABH compliance, manage staff and quality initiatives, oversee patient safety, infection control, audits, training, and coordinate multidisciplinary care in a super specialty hospital.

Preferred candidate profile
B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing (preferred) with valid Nursing Council registration.
23+ years of experience, including 10+ years in leadership roles.
Robust working knowledge of NABH standards and accreditation processes.
Experience in managing ICU, OT, Emergency, and specialty units.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Expertise in quality assurance, infection control, and patient safety.
Proficiency in HIS, EMR/EHR systems, and documentation.
Robust communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage critical situations and patient grievances effectively.
Certifications in BLS/ACLS and Infection Control preferred.
